Before I ever wrote a welcome sequence, I studied how people think.

Yep—my background is in psychology, which means I bring a research-backed, behavior-savvy lens to every message I help you send.

I fell into copywriting because I love stories. I stayed because I saw how powerful the right words can be—especially when they’re guided by strategy and grounded in empathy.

Long before I started writing for clients, I was just writing for me.
I started a personal blog — sharing everyday life things. The messy, the beautiful, the figuring-it-out parts of motherhood, marriage, business, and everything in between.

What surprised me most was how deeply those simple stories connected with people.

I used to write all the things (websites, blogs, freebies, you name it). But over time, I realized the heart of my work—the part I loved most—was email.

So I pivoted. And now, I specialize in long-game email marketing and strategic content that supports it.

I’d be a Panda. I love eating, sleeping, and being goofy. Nail on the head.

Belly laughing with friends and family, Phish food Ice cream, writing just for fun, and helping others feel happy and confident.

MY FAMILY…

I asked my husband for his hand in marriage (yup, down on one knee, candles, flowers, music, and cats all included.) We’ve chosen to be a “one and done” fam (our energetic toddler and my not so movie glam birth sealed the deal!)

EARLY INTERESTS…

My love for psychology and learning about people goes wwayyyy back. I like to say it partly stems from my adoption and learning to read people. But if I’m being honest, I believe we are all building our own narrative about the world every single day and that there is an unshakable natural curiosity for understanding our world and the people in it.
